LANCASTER, PA — In accordance with the Republican Committee of Lancaster County (RCLC) bylaws, the biennial organization meeting has been called for Tuesday, May 21, 2024 with registration at 5:00 p.m. and the meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Farm and Home Center.

Committee members elected during the Primary Election on Tuesday, April 23rd will be invited to attend for purposes of voting for RCLC officers. Mailed notification will be completed in accordance with RCLC bylaws following the certification of election results.

Letters of intent for candidates seeking election as an officer of RCLC shall be received no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 5:00 PM for review by committee members. Letters shall be submitted by email to Corinne@goplancaster.com or mailed to 2260 Erin Court, Lancaster, PA 17601. Letters should be addressed to the Republican Committee of Lancaster County.

In accordance with RCLC bylaws, Area Committee reorganization meetings must be held within 30 days after the RCLC’s biennial organization meeting. Area Committee reorganization meetings must be held between May 21st (following RCLC) and June 20th. Elected committee members are encouraged to check the RCLC calendar for information regarding their Area Committee meeting. Meeting information will be posted on the calendar when confirmed and details will be included on RCLC notification letters.
