Article XII Section 3

Alternate Procedure

Any Area Committee or member of the County Committee may submit proposed alterations or amendments to the Rules and Resolutions Committee for a written evaluation at any time. No action shall be taken by the County Committee on such proposals unless the preceding requirements in this Article XII have been met.
