Senate Leaders Announce Changes in Leadership Staff
(HARRISBURG) – Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati (R-25) and Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman (R-34) have announced new changes to Senate Republican Leadership senior staff.
Crystal H. Clark, Esq. –
Crystal Clark will begin serving as General Counsel to the Senate Republican Caucus on February 24. For nearly two decades, Ms. Clark has worked in the public and private sectors, most recently working as a member of the McNees Wallace & Nurick Labor and Employment practice group. At McNees, Ms. Clark worked as the Solicitor for the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, as well as with numerous counties and other municipal entities. Prior to joining the firm in September 2015, Crystal served for over four years as the Lancaster County Solicitor. Ms. Clark earned her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Michigan and Law Degree from the Dickinson School of Law.
As General Counsel, she will be responsible for managing all litigation for the Caucus, working on advancing priority issues and overseeing day-to-day legal matters for the Caucus.
