PA Fraternal Order of Police Endorses Judge Christylee Peck for Superior Court
Cites Peck’s Judicial & Prosecutorial Experience
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA – Judge Christylee Peck today announced that her campaign for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania received the coveted endorsement of the Pennsylvania State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police (PA FOP) for the November 2019 General Election.
Peck, who has served on the bench in the Court of Common Pleas for nearly a decade has more judicial experience than any candidate for Superior Court in this year’s campaign. In addition to her time as a respected jurist, Peck was a successful criminal prosecutor for ten years – serving as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in both Cumberland and Lancaster Counties. This broad experience was cited by the Fraternal Order of Police in making their endorsement decision.
“During your eighteen-year career…you have performed your duties with fairness, integrity and compassion for the community you serve. The law enforcement community holds you in high regard,” stated Les Neri, the President of the PA FOP in a letter informing Peck of the endorsement.
The PA FOP represents approximately 40,000 members of the law enforcement community across the Commonwealth.
“Earning the support of one of Pennsylvania’s largest and most respected law enforcement organizations is humbling and sends a strong signal to the people of our state that I respect the men and women who keep us safe, and will continue my record of working for safe communities and fair justice for all,” Peck stated in accepting the endorsement.
