The Republican Committee has hired Jill Gagliano as Assistant Executive Director, Chairman Dave Dumeyer announced today.
Gagliano has been a veteran committeewoman within the Lancaster City Committee and served previously as the Committee’s elected Secretary (2007 – 2014).
“Jill brings many great advantages to the job. She knows the Committee well. Her small business in the city provided contact with the issues of the county’s largest municipality. And she is very well regarded by current and former Committee members and by our elected officials,” Dumeyer said.
Dumeyer also noted that the Committee recently effected a new staffing structure, and Gagliano’s hiring fit the new structure. Her new position took effect Monday, April 6th.
Jill is a graduate of Warwick High School and Millersville University. She and her husband Joe reside in Lancaster City. She has been a dancer, dance instructor, and a choreographer and director for many local high school programs.
